Printing and dyeing pretreatment assistant process is the basic process in the whole process of printing and dyeing. It plays an important role in ensuring the product quality of the later process (dyeing, printing, finishing).
The pretreatment process in our country has been doing a lot of research on saving energy consumption and reducing pollution since 1950s. From the traditional three-step process of desizing, boiling and bleaching to the popularization and application of the short-process pretreatment process (from three-step process to two-step or one-step process) in the early 1990s, especially since the beginning of the 21st century, the use of environmentally friendly additives has been put forward. Energy-saving auxiliaries, composite auxiliaries (three in one, four in one, five in one), low-temperature pretreatment auxiliaries and so on, printing and dyeing pretreatment auxiliaries are emerging in an endless stream, with a wide variety.
Reasonable development and application of printing and dyeing pretreatment auxiliaries is the fundamental direction of our research. For example, traditional scouring process additives and short process pretreatment additives can not be used: the latter uses the former not only wastes, but also causes cloth damage. The former uses the latter not only fails to meet the requirements, but also causes a lot of defects. Another example is that the selection of dispersants must be based on their own processes, equipment and water sources, not all dispersants can be suitable for their own plant applications. Again, if we use enzymes to desizing, we must know what enzymes are and what sizes are on the fabric, so that we can prescribe the right medicine. Therefore, reasonable development and selection of pretreatment auxiliaries (desizing auxiliaries, scouring agents, bleaching auxiliaries) are the key to ensure product quality.
